An agreed-upon procedures engagement is one in which a CPA is engaged by a client to issue a report of findings based on procedures agreed upon between the CPA and specified parties.

Carlos Andres is a CPA with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and has been practicing in public accounting since 2012. Carlos specializes in attest and accounting services. Carlos has held various roles with South Florida CPA firms which recently included Daszkal Bolton LLP before starting his own firm, Carlos Andres, CPA in 2023.
